  • Tsubaki Premium Drive Chain

    Premium Drive Chain

    Roller drive chain to BS/DIN standard. With its seamless bushes with lubrication grooves and Ring Coin connecting link, it transmits motor power to the sprocket and the machine. Made in sizes RF06B to RS48B, in single, double and triple strand.

  • Tsubaki Anti Corrosion Chain

    Anti Corrosion Chain

    Chains such as the Neptune and NP series with special surface coatings and the SS series in stainless steel. Used on lines that are washed down or exposed to moisture, chemicals, seawater or outdoor conditions.

  • Tsubaki Lube Free Chain (Lambda)

    Lube Free Chain (Lambda)

    Roller chain that needs no further lubrication, thanks to its oil-impregnated sintered bushes. The oil in the bushes is NSF-H1 approved for food use. Used on lines such as food and packaging, where lubrication is difficult or undesirable.

    Large Size Conveyor Chain

    Large-pitch conveyor chains comprising the M and FV series to ISO/DIN standard and Tsubaki’s RF series. Supplied plain or with attachments; special attachments are made to customer requirements.

  • Tsubaki ATC Chain

    ATC Chain

    ATC stands for Automatic Tool Changer. A special chain with tool pots that carries the tools in the tool magazine of machining centres. Available in HP, Split, Rotating, SK and Standing series.

  • Tsubaki Sprockets

    Sprockets

    Sprockets in heat-treated steel. Stock sprockets to DIN 8187 and ANSI sizes, taper bush and stainless steel types are available. Custom sprockets are also made to drawing, with keyway and bore machining.

    Cam Clutch / Freewheels

    One-way clutches that transmit torque in one direction and freewheel in the other. Used for backstopping on inclined conveyors and reducers, overrunning in two-speed drives, and indexing.

    Couplings that connect two shafts, from general-purpose use to precision servo motor applications. Types include chain, disc, bellows, elastomer jaw (Jaw-Flex) and rigid.

    Roller chains with attachment plates, extended pins or special attachments. On conveying lines, the part that carries the product is fitted to the chain at the factory; we also make special attachments to size.

    US-made, API-licensed roller chains for oilfield and drilling equipment. Pins and plates are reinforced for high shock loads and high speeds.

  • Tsubaki Power Cylinder (Electric Cylinder)

    Power Cylinder (Electric Cylinder)

    Electric linear actuators used in place of hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders. Available in T series and Eco series. They work via a cable connection and need no hoses or compressor.

  • Tsubaki Power-Lock (Keyless Locking Device)

    Power-Lock (Keyless Locking Device)

    Locking devices that fasten gears, pulleys and couplings to the shaft without a key. When the bolts are tightened, the rings grip the shaft and hub firmly. Available in AS, ADN, AE, KE, TF, SL, EF and EL series.
